The scrap is available for inspection at: 3803 Neva Lake Rood NW, Ephroto WA All refrigeration unit compressors have been property removed, with refrigerant evacuated and oil drained by certified personnel. The compressors are being stored separately from other scrap materials as documented in the attached photo. All compressors must be transported in compliance with applicable regulations, including U.S. Department of Transportation hazardous materials requirements under 49 CFR Part 173, EPA Section 608, and any other applicable federal or state regulations. All scrap metal will be weighed at the landfill. Bidder is required to take ALL the scrap metal. A certificate of liability insurance with a general liability minimum of $1,000,000.00 will be required before work commences., Please contact Jason Collings (509) 750-3351 with any questions.
