We respectfully request the authorization to purchase Alternate Daily Cover for the Ephrata Solid Waste Landfill, from New Waste Concepts, Inc., Perrysburg, Ohio. This will consist of ProGuard SB 2, green dye packs and Hydro Lok, for the amount of $73,1 . delivered, excluding sales tax. This product will be used to cover the Solid Waste Landfill daily instead of utilizing large aggregate. I have reviewed the 'Information and find it acceptable to move forward with the purchase of the product. Your attention and consideration to this matter are greatly appreciated.
