Request Summary:
An employee from the referenced department has requested leave without pay for a total of forty (40) hours. This request
follows the employee's exhaustion of all available leave balances, The employee serves as a volunteer firefighter and was
called to respond to a dire in Chelan. Initially, the call was for two weeks, or eighty(0)I
1 hours- however, it has now been
extended for an additional week, totaling forty (4) hours.
