RESOLUTION No. 26- C) 6 Lj -CC
WHEREAS, the following Grants Administration funds are new to Grant County, and a
budget extension is needed for these funds;
• Grants Administration Budget —Blake Decision (192.001) reimbursement from Washington
State Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) Interagency Agreement No. AOC3449 in
the amount of $15,000.00.
WHEREAS, these additional funds were not anticipated when preparing the 2026
budget; and,
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.40.140 a public hearing must be held to
authorize an additional budget extension; and,
WHEREAS, on the 1" day of September 2026 at 8:45 a.m., a public hearing was held in
the Grant County Commissioners' Hearing Room.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT NEARBY RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Grant County, State of Washington, that a budget extension in the total of
$15,000.00 to be allocated to the 2026 budget according to the following schedule and items.
