RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION No. 26-UC-�s -CC
RESOLUTION 26-054-CC TRANSFERRING
JURISDICTION of Road 11-NW Roadlog
32780 in Sections 3 & 10 of Township 20 N
Range 24 E. of W.M. to the City of Quincy
WHEREAS, on August 4th, 2026, the Board of County Commissioners approved Resolution
26-054-CC, transferring jurisdiction of Road 11-NW from Grant County to the City of Quincy; and,
WHEREAS, an error was made in the listing of the roadlog numbers and mileposts; and,
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 39.33.010; Grant County, a political subdivision of
the State of Washington, acting through its Board of County Commissioners, recognizes the benefits
of transferring ownership of portions of county roads and rights -of -way, namely that portion of Road
11-NW Roadlog amended to 32780 milepost 1.000 to 1.510 ALL in Sections 3 & 10 of Township
20 N Range 24 E. of W.M; and as shown on attached Exhibit A; and,
WHEREAS, the County Engineer recommends the Grant County Board of Commissioners
proceed with the transfer of ownership as mutually agreed, per RCW 39.33.010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Grant County Board
of Commissioners, AMEND Resolution 26-054-CC and TRANSFER all interest in the County
roads and rights -of -way as described above; along with any existing authority and jurisdiction to
accommodate existing power lines, communications lines and other franchised and/or permitted
public and private utilities.
