(c) If approved by the court, f lie the Pet1don Regardthg Truancy, Order to Stay Maticy Proc eedIngs and Referral and any additional paperwork with the Clerk of the Court, (d) Return the Paperwork to the school for distributlon to the student / parent. 5) Me the CEO Agreement and Document Cover Sheet and any additional paperwork If there Is a petition with stay (le. copies of letters sent to the family inviting them to the CES, the CEO Agreement, description of Interventions and timeline) provided by the CEO/school with the Clerk of the Court. 6) Process the CEO turn of Case received from the school that asks the court to set a court hearing to address tontInued attendance Issues; se'ekthe Cour approval and signature of the OrderLing Stay and Scheduling Hearing; and prepare the Notice of HearinglOrder to Appearfor Nearing that will set,a hearing date and time.
