The assigned staff will: (a) Partlelpate wlth CEB members to offer suggestions to remove barriers and make -suggestions for Interventions based on the Individual needs of the students; (b) Assist with the flow of Informatlon In Court. .. 4) Process each Ntltlon tlegordIng Truancy that Is received from the School District as per R ai 28A,225, 36t This Includes: (a) Provide the necessary documents for the School District to prepare for filing, M Presenting the Peer Ian Reourding Truancy and an Order to stay uq cy Proceedings and Referrof to the court for sIg ature. (c) -if approved by the Vtiu■, file the PetWon Regarding Truancy, Order to \ Stay Douancy fteeedings and Referrof and any additional paperwork with the Clerk of the Court, (d) Return the Paperwork to the school for distribution to the student / parent, ) File the CED Agreement and Document Cover Sheet and any additional paperwork If there Is a petition with stag (le. copies of letters sent to the family Inviting them to the CEO, the CEO Agreement, description of interventions and timellne) provided by the U/school with the Ciark of the Court. 6) Process the CEO Return of Case received from the school that asks the court to set a court hearing to address continued attendan issues; welt the Co rVs approval and sl nature of the Order LiftIng Stay and Scheduling Hearing; and prepare the Notice of HearInglorder to Appearfor Hearing that will set a hearing date and time. ThIs Includes: p (a) Preparing the necessary documents for review and signing by the School DIstrict and by the Court. (b) File the documents with the Clerk of the Court. 7} Provide appropriate interpretive services for famIlles du ng court, 8) Provide schools with a copy of each court order that is developed during a court hearing, File any motions to set show cause contempt, motions to strike or reset; motions to dismIss the truancy case after receiving the appropriate Informatlon from the School District, 10) Report to the Schaal District regarding any further hearings., Information or other matters relating to the Nancy case. 11) The County and Its employees shall maintain the onfidentiallty of all Information provided by the School DIstrict or acquired by the School District In performance of this MO , except upon the prior written consent of the School District or as required by other applicable law or an order entered by a court of competent jurisdiction.
