Please Note: The following proposal is being provided according to the pricing established under the Master Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement (MICPA) with Racine County, WI and OMNIA Partners, Public Sector (U.S. Communities). The line item pricing breakdown from Attachment C: Bid Form should be viewed as the maximum price an agency will be charged under the agreement. Garland/DBS, Inc. administered an informal competitive process for obtaining quotes for the project with the hopes of providing a lower market -adjusted price whenever possible. Scope of Work: 1. First, we will need to set up a work area- this will include cones and caution tape around our lift, as well as ground and roof protection. 2. Next, we will need to remove all Precast Caps from the top of the peak to the bottom of the Northeast Corner. 3. The 3 Precast caps that are damaged will need to be replaced. The new caps will match as close as possible to the original color and texture. 4. Next, we will relay the caps stones adding anchors to support them in place. 5. Finally, we will wash the area to remove any staining during the repair process. / % / •ter / / i 'i / / // // iii Garland/DBS Price Based Upon Local Market Competition: //i%ice. /i "':%//i/ice %i/, j / • /% ii- - ,/ice• -/•./ i; ; - ii. .•; /. " . i i' /® i/% Potential issues that could arise during the construction phase of the project will be addressed via unit pricing for additional work beyond the scope of the specifications.
