AUDITOR'S OFFICE
1. Approve payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080,
and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW
42.24.090, as recorded on a listing, and made available to the Board.

2. Approve Commissioners" Minutes for the week of August 10, 2026
3. Approve Letter of Support for the Palouse River and Coulee City (PCC) Rail line Freight Rail
Assistance Program ("FRAP") grant application.
4. Approve affirmation of request to increase the debt limit of registered warrants for the Port of
Mattawa to $1,000,000. This request was approved in 2024, and the Treasurer recommends
proceeding with the increase.
5. Approve Reimbursement Request from CAD Homes LLC on the behalf of Grant County Animal
Outreach on the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) in the amount of $191,104.15.
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
6. Approve Out of State Travel Request for Jim Anderson -Cook and Michelle Mercer to attend the
2026 NACo Rural Emergency Symposium in Amarillo., TX. Dates of travel are September 22
through September 25, 2026. Estimated cost $1,214.
PUBLIC DEFENSE
7. Approve Professional Service Agreement with Attorney Jeremiah Jensen beginning August 20,
2026, through December 31, 2027, at a monthly rate of $12,500 to be available for 90% pro rata
case load in Superior Court.
PHRLIC WORKS
8. Approve Resolution to amend CRP 21-04 to improve Valley Road Overlay with HMA surfacing,
traffic control, etc.., in the estimated amount of $62,500 for Preliminary Engineering and
$625,000 for Construction.
RENEW
9. Approved Out of State Travel Request for Brook Decubber and Sara Nelson to attend
Behavioral Health Tech 2026 in Nashville, Tennessee. Dates of travel are September 21 through
September 24, 2026. Estimated cost $3,917.65
10. Approve Out of State Travel Request for Conne Guerrero and Elizabeth Martinez to attend the
Manager Skills Workshop with Dr. Bryan Williams in Plano., Texas. Dates of travel are October 25
through October 27,, 2026. Estimated cost $2,819.99
11. Approve Out of State Travel Request for Dale Weaver to attend the Manager Skills Workshop
with Dr. Bryan Williams in Plano, Texas. Dates of travel are October 25 through October 27,
2026. Estimated cost $1,319.37.
SHERIFF'S OFFICE
12. Approve Request to purchase new Smart DV — Digital Full Body Security Screening System in the
amount of $237,249.66 (with sales tax included) to be paid out of Fund 112 Concessions. A
budget extension hearing for this fund is scheduled on September 1,, 2026 at 8:30 a.m.

TECHNOLOGY SERVICES
13. Approve Purchase Order No. 1095 to Aumentum Technologies for the annual renewal of TS T2
Taxsifter System Support including REST sifter used by the Treasurer's Office, in the amount of
$17,030.73. This is a budgeted software renewal, to be paid from Fund 501. Term is January 1
through December 31, 2026.
