AUDITOR'S OFFICE
1. Approve payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080,
and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW
42.24.0901 as recorded on a listing, and made available to the Board.
COMMISSIONERS' OFFICE
2. Approve Commissioners' Minutes for the week of July 27, 2026.
3. Approve Commissioners' Minutes for the week of August 3, 2026.
4. Approve Invoice to Westwind Media, LLC in the amount of $5,869.00 for Tourism Social Media
Management Services to be paid from Fund 114.0000 (Tourist Advert).
5. Approve Joint Letter from the Eastern Washington Council of Governments (EWCOG) to the
Governor and Attorney General regarding the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife
(WDFW) Commission.
6. Approve Letter of Support to People for People for an application to the Washington State
Department of Transportation (WSDOT) grant.
7. Approve Special Occasion Liquor License Application for Communities Schools of North Central
Washington "All in for Kids Golf Fundraiser". Event date is September 25.,2026 from 8:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. at the Crescent Bar Golf Course — 23618 Road 8.6 NW, Quincy., WA 98848-9160.
8. Approve Recommendation of Appointment for Ruthann Tobiason to be appointed to the Grant
County Lodging Tax Advisory Committee.
9. Approve Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public Service,, No. 25-64210-005
Contract Close Out Report.
10. Approve Reimbursement Request from Renew on the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) in the
amount of $8,956.96 for SUDS uninsured category.
11. Approve reimbursement request from McKay Healthcare on the Strategic Infrastructure
Program (SIP) No. 2025-03 Kitchen Expansion in the amount of $10,.824.80 and SIP No. 2026-03
Continuation of Memory Care Wing/Community Center Expansion in the amount of $9,300 for a
total of $20,124.80.
FACILITIES & MAINTENANCE
12. Approve Request to Purchase services from Garland DBS Inc.,, to repair the roof on the Health
District Facility, located at 1038 Ivy St.,, Moses Lake,, WA. Garland operates under Omnia
Contract PW 1925. The low bid is $10,175 not including tax, to be paid from the F&M Operating
Funds.

13. Held from the 81312026 Consent: Approve Policy Update regarding equipment leasing for
Fairgrounds food booth equipment. This is a change to the commission structure.
14. Approve Engineering and Design Contract with Meier Enterprises, Inc. for the design of the
rodeo arena announcers stand in the amount of $29,200.

15. Approve Supplement No. 2 to Agreement No. LA10138 between Grant County and the
Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), to adjust the preliminary
engineering to actuals and to increase construction phase to cover eligible project change
orders.

16. Approve request to purchase Eleos Compliance as part of the subscription services Grant
County dba Renew has contracted with Eleos Health, Inc. in October 2024. Agreement has a 1.5
year term in the amount of $70,560 for 98 users of Compliance.
SHERIFF'S OFFICE
17. Approve Out of State Travel Request for Sheena Ohl to attend the Records Leadership Summit
training in Page, AZ. Dates of Travel are September 1— September 4, 2026. Estimated cost is
$ 2,079.
18. Approve Out of State Travel Request for Phillip Coats to attend leadership training in Omaha,
NE. Dates of travel are September 12 — September 19, 2026. Lodging is provided for 5 days by
the Jail Executive Institute. Estimated cost is $5,472.00, including a rental car that may not be
needed.
