Hi Caitlin,
Jim and I have been asked to present at a NACo conference in September in Texas. Please find a
summary of Jim and I's out of state travel below.
• When: September 22-25, 2026
• Where: Amarillo, TX
• Purpose: We have been invited to speak at the NACo Rural Energy Symposium as a county who
recently participated in the NACo's Rural Energy Academy to share Grant County's context and
energy challenges.
