This request would backfill a Building Safety Specialist 2 position Frith a level. 1 or 2.. The vacancy is
due to a letter of resignation.
The primary responsibility of this position is to conduct building and fire permit inspections, and the
position may revie-w plans for accuracy to codes to ensure the safety of the built environment and
reduce the effects of fire, flood and other disasters.
