A "critical position" is one that is essential to maintaining public safety and the legalfinancial, and operational continuity.
Catholic Charities in Wenatchee has been supporting the Grant County Jail through their Jail
Transition Serxices providing brief counseling and care coordination twice weeldy. This service ended
on June 30, 2026, and the funds previously dedicated to it are being reallocated to Renee.
The Grant County Jail is experiencing behavioral health related crisis and need to continued support
in the jail. As individuals are being released from jail they need support in coordinating
appointments, receiving their insurance, securing housing, etc.
These services NN411 help provide access to sei-vices and continue to support indi'Viduals in their care
while in jail.
