Catholic Charities in Wenatchee has been supporting the Grant County Jail through their Jail
Transition Services providing brief counseling and care coordination tNN ice weeldy. This service ended
on June 30, 2026, and the funds previously dedicated to it are being reallocated to Renew.
The Grant County Jail is experiencing behavioral health related crisis and need to continued support
in the jail. As individuals are being released from jail they need support in coordinating
appointments, receiving their insurance, securing housing, etc.
