AUDITOR'S OFFICE 1. Approve payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24-080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing, and made available to the Board. COMMISSIONERS' OFFICE 2. Approve Commissioners' Minutes for the week of July 20, 2026. 3. Approve Invoice to Grant County Animal Outreach (GCAO) for the 2026 Animal Shelter Contract — Q3 Payment in the amount of $25,000.00 to be paid from Fund 001.0125 (Mist Gen. Govt). 4. Approve Letter of Support to the American Planning Association and Planning Association of Washington (APAPAW) for Beckwith Consulting's work on the Grant County Tourism Master Plan (TMP). 5. Approve recommendation of appointment for Victor Lombardi to the Grant County Law & Justice Council, Primary representative of City Legislative Authorities, pursuant to RCW 72.09.300. 6. Approve recommendation of appointment for Dylan Kling to the Grant County Law& Justice Council, Alternate representative of City Legislative Authorities, pursuant to RCW 72.09.300. 7. Approve recommendation of appointment for Jack McLauchlan to the Grant County Law & Justice Council, Primary representative of Municipal Police Departments., pursuant to RCW 72.09.300. 8. Approve Letter of Appreciation to Jerry Gingrich for service on the Grant County Board of Equalization and the Veterans Advisory Board. 9. Approve reimbursement to CAD Homes LLC on behalf of Grant County Animal Outreach (GCAO) on the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) in the amount of $329,603.90. 10. Approve reimbursement request from New Hope on the Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) 26-46108-10 in the amount of $51,232.95 for June 2026. 11. Approve reimbursement request from New Hope on the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) in the amount of $36,316.71 for May 2026 and $28,830.50 for June 2026, totaling $65,147.21. 12. Approve reimbursement request from Renew on the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) in the amount of $4,226 for the uninsured category. 13. Approve Extension Request from City of George on the Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) No. 2024-04., Wastewater Treatment Facility Plan, fora 3-month extension ending October 31,, 2026. 14. Approve reimbursement request from City of George on the Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) No. 2024-04 Wastewater Treatment Facility Plan Project in the amount of $12,389.68. Approve Tire Reclamation Services Agreement between Grant County and Liberty Tire, based on an existing agreement between Yakima County & Liberty Tire. Liberty Tire will pick up the landfill tires according to the schedule detailed in the Agreement, at an estimated rate of $379 per ton and annual cost of $113,700. Term is for 3 years from effective date or until otherwise terminated. RENEW 16. Approve Out of State Travel Request for Matthew Truman and Sue Sherwood to attend the 2026 Qualifacts Customer Conference in Orlando, FL. Dates of travel are September 14 - 18, 2026. Estimated cost is $6.300.00. 17. Approve Out of State Travel Request for Kathy Vertrees to attend the 51St NWBHI Annual Conference in Portland, OR, using her personal vehicle. Dates of travel are August 25 — 28, 2026. Estimated cost is $1,653.50. SHERIFF'S OFFICE 18. Approve Resolution and request for Sheriff Kriete to digitally sign Intergovernmental Agreement No. LE: VRF 527-177 between Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission and the Grant County Sheriff's Office for the use of Vessel Registration Fees. 19. Approve request to purchase new software for the inmate TVs in the new jail in the amount of $24,,692.92 to be paid from the Jail Concession Fund (112.0000). TECHNOLOGY SERVICES 20. Approve Purchase Order #1090 to Linev Systems, US, Inc. for purchase of the Conpass DV W XPC — Annual Extended Warranty used by the Sheriff's Office in the amount of $20,075.35. Term is from July 24, 2026 through July 23, 2027. This is a budgeted software renewal to be paid from Fund 501.0000. 21. Approve Purchase Order #1091 to Lexipol for purchase of the Annual Corrections Policy Manual & Daily Training Bulletins used by the Sheriff's Office in the amount of $11.,543.66. Term is from June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027.
