Sections 4 & 5 of Township 20 N Range 24 E. of W.M. To the City of Quincy WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 39.33.010; Grant County, a political subdivision of the State of Washington, acting through its Board of County Commissioners, recognizes the benefits of transferring ownership of portions of county roads and rights -of -way, namely that portion of Road P-NW Roadlog 93035 milepost 1.070 to 1.440 ALL in Sections 4 & 5 of Township 20 N Range 24 E. of W.M; and as shown on attached Exhibit A, and WHEREAS the County Engineer recommends the Grant County Board of Commissioners proceed with the transfer of ownership as mutually agreed, per 39.33.010 and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Grant County Board of Commissioners, TRANSFER all interest in the County roads and rights -of -way as described above; along with any existing authority and jurisdiction to accommodate existing power lines, communications lines and other franchised and/or permitted public and private utilities.
