In that letter the County asks if "'Award Construction., Inc. remains willing and able to proceed with the Project based on its original bid amount of $2,084,288.10, the Bid Documents, Addenda Nos. 1 through 4, and the Contract Documents.1' This Letter is to confirm that we are ready and willing to perform the contract at our bid price and in accordance with all the documents listed above., with the understanding that the project schedule and milestone dates will need to be updated to reflect a current timeline, as the originally scheduled dates have now passed. We ask that the County revise these dates in the contract documents prior to execution.
