A "critical position" is one that is essential to maintaining public safety and the legal,, f inanciai, and operational continuity.
This request, if approved, -would backfill a recent vacancy (letter of resignation). This position is
necessary to assist in the supervision of the Crisis team, which has been drastically expanded and not
filling this position would impact Span of Management.
The Clinical Supervisor 2 provides direction, clinical, and administrative supervision of
assigned staff to assure the provision of quality, efficient and ethical services, assuring
individualized quality behavioral health services which contribute to the well --being of
citizens of Grant County with mental illnesses. This position may provide crisis
intervention� individual and/or group treatment services to individuals with emotional,
behavioral and other mental disorders as needed.
