The Case Manager position plays an important role in providing case management, and recovery -
oriented services to individuals experiencing persistent mental illness or emotional and behavioral
disorders. This position also supports indi riduals in achieving stability, independence, and an
improved quality of life by facilitating access to appropriate treatment and community resources. It is
also imperative in ensuring services align writh agency standards.
