AUDITOR'S OFFICE 1. Approve payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing, and made available to the Board. COMMISSIONERS' OFFICE 2. Approve Commissioners' Minutes for the week of June 29, 2026. 3. Approve Commissioners' Minutes for the week of July 6, 2026. 4. Approve invoices from Grant County Economic Development Council (EDC) for Q2 and Q3 2026 Municipal Services Agreement in the total amount of $75,000.00 to be paid from Funds 113.0000 (Eton Enh SIP) and 133.0000 (Eton Rural Co). Approve Resolution Submitting to Voters an Advisory Ballot Measure re: Imposition of One - Tenth of One Percent Sales and Use Tax. 6. Approve WA State Military Department and State 911 Funds — SECO Coordinator Professional Development Contract SFY2027 for Contract No. E27-019 with the Multi Agency Communications Center (MACC). 7. Approve 2026 Agreement regarding Use of County Property for Public Purpose with the Autism Support Group of Grant County for their Autism Acceptance and Community Day event (formerly: the Autism Walk). S. Approve agreement between New Hope and HopeSource on the Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 26-46108-10 to move Document Recording Funds in the amount of $26,408 from New Hope to HopeSource to cover the months of October to December 2026 2025 and January 2026 of allowable costs. 9. Approve Resolution in the matter of adopting the Grant County Tourism Master Plan, as prepared and presented by Beckwith Consulting. 10. Approve recommendation of appointment for Rhonda Cacchiotti to the Tourism Advisory Committee, District 2 vacancy. 11. Approve letter to Journal Graphics regarding discontinuation of potential services. 12. Approve letter to Mayor Dae-hee Han in recognition of his recent election as the new Mayor of Gunpo City. 13. Approve letter of appreciation to David Chapman -Sanders for service on the Grant County Homeless Housing Task Force. 14. Approve Special Occasion Liquor License for Highrollers Sun Lakes Car Show to be held at Sun Lakes Park Resort — 34228 Park Lake Rd NE, Coulee City, WA 99115. Dates of the event are September 18t" from 6:00 to 11:00 p.m. and September 19t" from 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. 15. Approve one year extension request from Port of Warden on the Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) 2024-02, Truck Access/Bypass Road Project. Current end date is August 20, 2026" with the new end date being August 20, 2027. 16. Approve reimbursement request from McKay Healthcare on the Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) No. 2026-03 Community Center Extension Continued Project, in the amount of $8,000 for the month of June 2026. 17. Approve reimbursement request from McKay Healthcare on the Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) No. 2025-03 Phase 1 Kitchen Expansion Project, in the amount of $9,.222.50 for June 2026. 18. Approve reimbursement request from New Hope on the Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 26-46108-10 in the amount of $36,,063.19 for April and $42.,646.59 for May 2026. Total amount is $78,709.78. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES 19. Approve Contract for Professional Services —Grant County Hearings Examiner Jay Eyestone and Andrew Kottkamp (Pro Tem). Term of the agreement is from August 1, 2026 through December 31, 2029. Compensation rate is $250.00 per hour and $150.00 per hour travel time. 20. Approve request to close Development Services offices (Building, Fire, Planning) on Thursday, August 27, 2026 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for mandatory team training. Approve 2026 WA State Military Department and Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council (EFSEC) Grant in the amount of $58,,150, agreement number E27-004, with a term of July 1, 2026 through June 301 2027. 22. Approve Homeland Security Grant Program Agreement No. E26-343. Term of the grant is September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2028. This grant funds activities to prevent, protect against, and respond to terrorist attacks. 23. Approve Emergency Management Program Grant Agreement No. E26-286. Term of this grant is June 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026. This grant funds critical Emergency Management program activities, equipment and public education. 24. Approve Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission Contract No. K402 in the amount of $49,000. Term of contract is July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. This grant covers wellness training, conferences, equipment and services for staff. NEW HOPE/KIDS HOPE 25. Sign Legal Approval Form for County Program Agreement with Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) for the Emergency Shelter Grant, approved on the July 7, 2026 Consent. SHERIFF'S OFFICE 26. Approve Resolution and request to surplus two (2) Ford Crown Victoria Sedans due to the vehicles no longer being serviceable and having been exposed to rodent infestation and are no longer safe for employee use. TECHNOLOGY SERVICES 27. Approve Purchase Order No. 1086 to Axon for annual renewal of body cameras: (94) Licenses — Basic Bundle, (18) Licenses Pro Bundle, and (2,250) 10GB Evidence.com A -LA -Cart Storage (Year 4 of 5-Year Contract —Invoice #INUS457903) in the total amount of $37,273.90 to be paid from Budgeted Software Renewal Fund 501.0000. 28. Approve Purchase Order No. 1087 to Lexipol for Annual LEFTA FTO Subscription, Additional LEFTA, Annual METR Subscription, and Annual Command Center Fee used by the Grant County Sheriff's Office (GCSO) in the amount of $10.,529.50 to be paid from Budgeted Software Renewal Fund 501.0000. A copy of the TIP being considered can be found on the Grant County website under Upcoming Public Hearings or may be requested by emailing commissioners@grantcountvwa.gov.
