A "critical position" is one that is essential to maintaining public safety and the legalfinancial, and operational continuity.
We are requesting to back ill a vacant position that is currently already funded in the District Court
budget from a staff member leaving District Court. It is critical to have our office be fully staffed right
now as we are in the middle of our new case management system and very busy daily.
