Approve Certification Statement for the Children's Advocacy Centers of Washington (CACWA) Capacity Building Grants. This is required for submission, and coincides with the Face Sheet submitted to the June 23, 2026 Consent. PHRI_IC WORKS 17. Approve Project Review Reimbursable Agreement No. J B0106 between Grant County and the Washington State Department of Transportation for the provision of geotechnical assistance to review the rock slopes on Vantage Road, in the estimated cost of $40,000.00 to be in effect until the work is completed. RENEW 18. Approve Out of State Travel Request for Dale Weaver to attend the NAADAC Conference in Kansas City, MO. Dates of travel are August 28 through 31, 2026. This conference will keep the employees up to date with current SUDP relevant information and will provide CEUs for current SUDP requirements. Estimated cost per person is $2.,067.00. RISK MANAGEMENT 19. Approve request for Blair Kok, Risk & Safety Coordinator, to sign annual renewal of insurance contracts with Crum & Foster for Storage Tank/Environmental in the amount of $6,275.08. SHERIFF'S OFFICE 20. Approve Professional Services Agreement for a Hearings Examiner. Term is from August 1, 2026 through December 31, 2029. Previous examiner retired and it is necessary to have a new Hearings Examiner to maintain government efficiency. Reoccurring financial impact based on use. TECHNOLOGY SERVICES 21. Approve Purchase Order #1085 to Carahsoft Technology Group for the annual Zoom renewal in the amount of $22,062.32. Term is July 22, 2026 through July 21, 2027. This is year 3 of 3 year contract.
