AUDITOR'S OFFICE
1. Approve payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080,
and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW
42.24.090, as recorded on a listing, and made available to the Board.
COMMISSIONERS' OFFICE
2. Approve Commissioners' Minutes for the week of June 15, 2026.
3. Approve Determination of Exemption for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
application. Grant amount is for $135,,000. Term is July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
Document is needed for grant application submission.
4. Approve request to amend the Citizen Participation Plan (Spanish version) on the Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) and remove the expiration date as this procedure is not
project year specific and will cover all CDBG projects in general.
5. Approve Letter of Intent to Collaborate: Port of Moses Lake Industrial Infrastructure
Cooperative, Industrial Symbiosis Technical Assistance (ISTA) Application.
6. Approve reimbursement request from New Hope on the Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG)
26-46108-10 in the amount of $42.,677.56 for March 2026 services.
7. Approve reimbursement request from McKay Healthcare on the Strategic Infrastructure
Program (SIP) 2025-03 Kitchen Expansion Project, in the amount of $21,615.75.
8. Approve reimbursement request from McKay Healthcare on the Strategic Infrastructure
Program (SIP) 2026-03 Continuation of Assisted Living Expansion, Memory Care Wing, and
Community Center in the amount of $6.,800.
9. Approve reimbursement request from Renew on the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) for May
2026 in the amount of $3,621.61 for the Boys and Girls Club.
10. Approve reimbursement request from Renew on the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) for $50
remaining on February 2026 and $1,335 for May 2026 (total of $1,375) for Veterans Services.
This will be their final reimbursement for Veterans Services.

FACILITIES & MAINTENANCE
11. Approve request to purchase back-up air conditioning units for the main server room in the
amount of $10,762.00 to be paid from the F&M Operating Fund. The current units have failed,
and parts are not available to repair them, as they are obsolete. Basin Refrigeration was the only
one to provide a bid.
FAIRGROUNDS / FACILITIES & MAINTENANCE
12. Approve contract with Farmers Electric LLC for the power upgrade to NP1 food booth in the
amount of $23.,057.42 to be paid from Capital Funds approved for 2026 Food Booth Upgrades.
Fund Balance is $125,000.00.

13. Approve Local Agency Agreement Supplement 1 No. LA11069 between Grant County and the
Washington State Department of Transportation for $112,847.00 to be added to the previous
amount of $151000.00, for a new total of $127,,847.00 in funding for the Bridge #426 project, to
be completed by December 31, 2028.
14. Approve Resolution Notice of Hearing for the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for
2027-2032, to be held July 14, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. in the Grant County Commissioners' Hearing
Room, in the Courthouse in Ephrata, Washington.
15. Approve Reimbursable Work Agreement between Grant County and the Town of Wilson Creek
for the County to complete seal coat and brooming for the town, no later than August 1, 2026
and up to a maximum of $32,000.00.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A SPECIAL MEETING WILL BE CONVENED on
Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. for the Grant County Board of Commissioners to
interview and appoint a replacement County Auditor, following the announcement of Michele
Jaderlund's retirement, set to vacate the office on June 30, 2026. The interviews will be held in
the County Courthouse, Commissioners' Hearing Room # 101 , Ephrata WA.
