(SIP) No. 2020-02 Rodeo Ground Improvement Project. Current end date is
December 31, 2026 due to entire staff turnover the request is to extend to December 31, 2027.

Bear Board of County Commissioners,
The Town of Coulee City is requesting an extension on the expenditure of the remaining funds
for our Sig Grant, with remaining funds totaling $ 47, 000. The entire town personnel, from
Mayor to all city staff, has turned over since January, and we are only recently learning of this
grant and these funds.
We would love to have an opportunity to expend the funds in alignment with the project goals,
for the remainder of 2026, and into 2027. we are requesting an extension until December 31,
2027.
