AUDITOR'S OFFICE 1. Approve payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing, and made available to the Board. Approve Credit Card Request Form for Kim Pope (New Hope) in the amount of $5,,000.00 for Department Head Use. 4. Approve Letter of Support for HopeSource Lakeview Apartments Project. 5. Approve reimbursement request from Renew on the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant in the amount of $2,520 for Veterans Services in the months of April 2026. 6. Approve reimbursement request from Beverly Water District on the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant, in the amount of $8,305 for the month of May 2026. 7. Approve reimbursement request from Port of Warden on the Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) No. 2021-04 Phase 2 Road and Rail Infrastructure Expansion Project in the amount of $35,000 for April/May 2026. 8. Approve reimbursement request from McKay Healthcare on the Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) No. 2026-03 Assisted Living, Memory Care Wing, and Community Center Extension Project in the amount of $7,800 for May 2026. PHRLIC WORKS 9. Approve Certification of Acceptance Agreement between Grant County and the Washington State Department of Transportation, recognizing Cade Egbert, County Engineer, as Certification Acceptance for Grant County. RENEW 10. Approve Out of State Travel Request for LaVyonne Barnes, Eddie Navarro and Jamie Mullenix to attend the NAADAC Conference in Kansas City, MO. Dates of travel are August 28 through August 31, 2026. This conference will keep employees up to date with current SUDP/DCR relevant information and will provide CEU's for SUDP requirements. Estimated cost is $2,067 per person. TECHNOLOGY SERVICES 11. Approve Purchase Order No. 1083 to SmartDraw for purchase of annual enterprise license renewal in the amount of $10,838.92, Quote #203528. This is a budgeted software maintenance renewal to be paid from Fund 501.0000. 12. Approve Purchase Order No. 1084 to Axon Enterprise, Inc. for annual renewal of (110) Taser 10 Certificate Bundle used by the Sheriff's Office in the amount of $108,503.19.
