Approve Proclamation recognizing June 11t", 2026 as Chief for a Day in honor and recognition of the children participating in the event. 5. Approve 2026 Processional Services Agreement between Grant County and Grant County Economic Development Council (EDC) for Building Prosperity Services. This is an annual agreement, term is January 1 through December 31, 2026 in the total amount of $150,000 to be paid from Funds 113 and 133. 6. Approve Extension request from Port of Warden on the Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) 2021-04 Phase 2 Road & Rail Expansion project to May 18, 2027. 7. Approve Letter of Support for Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) of Washington for Grant Application for FY2026 High School Equivalency Program (HEP). 9. Approve Letter of Support for Washington State Rural Rail Rehabilitation Phase IV: Protecting Multigenerational Farming. 10. Approve reimbursement request from McKay Healthcare on the Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) 2025-03 Kitchen Expansion Project, in the amount of $478.38. 11. Approve reimbursement request on the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant in the amount of $70,514.13 to CAD Homes, for the Grant County Animal Outreach project. 12. Approve reimbursement request from Housing Authority of Grant County on the Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 26-46108-10 in the amount of $139,458.70 for April 2026 services. laftwei M12�z14 13. Approve Resolution and Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement between Grant County and Yakima County for cooperative governmental purchasing upon the included terms & conditions, to continue until cancelled by either party. 14. Approve reimbursable work agreement between Grant County and the Port of Moses Lake for the Grant County Sign Shop to drop off Road Closed signs for the Air Show, to be done by June 10, 2026, and up to a maximum amount of $2,500. 15. Approve request for public hearing to declare surplus and order the sale of certain county owned property, to be sold on www.publicsurplus.com. RFNF\n/ 16. Approve subcontractor agreement between Grant and Adams County Developmental Disabilities and Elmview. Term is from June 1 through June 30, 2026 to provide Individual Supported Employment and Community Inclusion. SHERIFF'S OFFICE 17. Approve request to pay half of the invoice for the Gallup Poll, which was introduced to the Sheriff's Office in 2025. The total amount will be $6,800.63. 18. Approve Out of State Travel Request for INET Staff (Wentworth, Judkins, West and Kottong) to attend Narcotics Training in San Diego, CA. Dates of travel are November 20 through November 241 2026. This conference provides updated training on interstate trafficking trends, investigative techniques, legal updates and multi -agency coordination.
