W IEREAS, Emergency response and recovery operations have progressed to the point that extraordinary measures authorized under the Proclamation of Emergency are no longer required; and WHEREAS, Conditions that gave rise to the emergency have been substantially mitigated, and the threat to public health, safety, welfare, and property has been reduced to a level that can be managed through normal governmental operations. , NOW THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED by the Board of CountyCommissioners of Grant `L. a t County, Washington, that the Emergency declared on May 28, 2026 is TERMINATED effective: 1 JUNE 16, 2026 AT 11:00 A.M.
