This request, if approved, could backfill 2 vacancies (letter of resignations). The most recent letter of
resignation is from an employee supporting Public Works. The position is currently a Maintenance S,
but NATe are requesting to advertise a Maintenance 2 and S for the purpose of expanding the applicant
pool to allow for candidates with growth and development potential. The second position was vacated
from CS and was a Maintenance 4. We are requesting to advertise a Maintenance 2 and S to expand to
the candidate pool and in adaption to the difficulty in filling a Maintenance (Journey -Level) 4
