Criss Wahl came into my office with questions about his pay. He said another employee
told him he was making more than he was and he started at the same time, I started to
took into his pay and the PARS that were submitted., and it looks like a step increase was
missed. He had a couple changes that may have caused the date mix up.
On 12/08/2024 Criss was eligible for a band increase because he completed his
journeyman hours for HE03. Band 9step 3$28.74
On 05/11/2025 he accepted a promotion to HEO 4 in District 2. Band 10 step 3 $ 30-17
On 06/08/2025 Criss moved back to HEO 3 in District 1 with the understanding he would
receive a decrease in pay. Band 9 step 3 $28.74
On 09/2.3/25 another PAR was creatped changing his position date to 12/08/2024.

have received his step increase on 12108/2025 to a Band 9 step -41
