AUDITOR'S OFFICE
1. Approve payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080,
and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW
42.24.090, as recorded on a listing, and made available to the Board.
COMMISSIONERS' OFFICE
2. Approve Ratification of Proclamation of Emergency signed by the Board of County
Commissioners on May 28, 2026, in response to the severe thunderstorms in Grant County,
causing public and private sector damage.
3. Approve Commissioners' Minutes for the week of May 25, 2026.

4. Approve Resolution and request for Chair to DocuSign Federal Interagency Agreement
between Grant County and the Department of Commerce on the Community Development
Block Grant (CDBG) Program No. 25-64210-021 for the Beverly Water District Water Distribution
System Project in the amount of $2,000,000.00. A Budget Extension will be needed.
5. Approve Contract Amendment to Social Media Management and Digital Marketing Services
Agreement with Westwind Media, LLC to reflect resignation of Coulee Creative Co. LLC (Rachelle
Baughman) as the Tourism Marketing Manager.
6. Approve Funding of the Local Assistance and Tribal Consistency Funding (LATCF/ARPA PILT) to
the Coroner and approve a transfer of $1,706,449.34 for the Coroner Morgue Project.
7. Approve reimbursement request from Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) on the
Community Development Block Grant Public Service (CDBG PS) No. 25-64210-005 in the amount
of $66,979.12 for the months of December 2025 —April 2026.
8. Approve reimbursement request from HopeSource on the Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG)
No. 26-46108-10 in the amount of $44,980.09 for April 2026 services.
CORONER'S OFFICE
9. Approve out of State Travel Request for Coroner Craig Morrison to attend the International
Association of Coroner's & Medical Examiners Annual Conference in Las Vegas, NV. Dates of
travel are July 19 —July 23, 2026 in the amount of $4,452.19, covered by the Coroner's Training
budget.
10. Approve request to purchase ten (10) additional trees for the Fairgrounds. This is an approved
capital expenditure in the amount of $2,408.70,, the lowest price available. The original
budgeted amount was $20,000, of which only $8,,729.08 has been spent.
PUBLIC DEFENSE
11. Approve Resolution and request for Chair to DocuSign Interagency Agreement with
Washington State Office of Public Defense (OPD) for a grant to offset costs of employing a legal
intern. Term is from June 11 2026 to August 31, 2026 up to a maximum of $19,200 for wages of
intern and supervisor.

12. Approve Resolution regarding Investment of Fund 103 Paths and Trails, and for the investment
monies earned to be put towards the benefit of Fund 103 Paths and Trails. This Fund is used for
the maintenance, repair and construction of Grant County's paths and trails.
13. Approve Amendment 31 of FY2026 Ephrata Landfill Engineering & Environmental Services
Agreement between Grant County & Parametrix, for Parametrix to assist in preparing an
updated Solid Waste & Moderate Risk Waste Management Plan. Term is May 2026 to December
2027, with a budget of $150,540.00. The Department of Ecology is expected to pay a portion of
this total per Agreement No. SWMLSWFA 2025 GrCoPW00245.

14. Approve Purchase Order No. 1082 to ESRI for purchase of ArcGIS Enterprise Jumpstart Basic
Service Package in the amount of $20,758.60, Quote #Q561067. This is a budgeted software
maintenance purchase to be paid from Fund 501.0000.
