Your attention and consideration to this matter are greatly appreciated. BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Grant County, Washington RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF RESOLUTION No. 26- -CC INVESTING FUNDS RELATING TO FUND 103 —PATHS AND TRAILS WHEREAS, Grant County Public Works manages Fund 103 — Paths and Trails; and, WHEREAS, Fund 103 is dedicated to supporting the ongoing maintenance, repair, improvement and construction of pathways and trail systems throughout Grant County; and, WHEREAS, these funds are used to help ensure that County paths and trails remain safe, accessible, and well -maintained for public use and future development opportunities; and, WHEREAS, these funds are not currently being invested by the Grant County Treasurer's Office; and, WHEREAS, it is the request of Grant County Public Works that funds relating to Fund 103 — Paths and Trails be invested for the benefit of the fund. WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners has reviewed and approved of this request. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners that the Grant County Treasurer is directed to invest all funds relating to Fund 103 — Paths and Trails for the benefit of the fund.
