Both positions are necessary to maintain the staff level required to provide support and assistance to clients receiving se dces, following the guidelines set forth in Individualized Instruction and support Plans. DLL's services, provided by CLSAs, also contribute to the well-being of citizens of Grant County -v% ith developmental disabilities and/or mental health needs. Directions In Community Li 6ng is a certified supported living agency that provides support to individuals with developmental disabilities, and chronic mental illness. The CLSA position does experience occassional turnover and also requires training prior to providing serAces to clientele. Maintaining necessary staffing levels of trained CLSA employees is imperative to providing adequate care.
