A "critical position" is one that is essential to maintaining public safety and the legalfinancial, and operational continuity. The current employee has submitted her retirement notice and iA,-ill be vacating the position on May 3oth. As this is a critical role, backfilling the position is necessar�rr to ensure continuity,- of operations..
