A "critical positron" is one that is essential to maintaining public safety and the legal, financial, and operational continuity.
This vacancy is due to a recent resignation from the Moses Lake office. There is a need to backfill this
position due to the demand for mental health services, which continues to exceed current clinical
capacitor. Moreover, Renew is experiencing increased referral volume and longer waitlists for therapy
services. There are also many clients that require consistent and specialized clinical intervention.
Without sufficient therapeutic staffing, delays in care increase the risk of symptom escalation, crisis
service utilization, emergency department visits, and client disengagement.
