(in the amount of $193509076.31) COMMISSIONERS' OFFICE 2. Approve Invoices from Coulee Creative Co. in the amount of $23,694.51 to be paid from Fund 114.000. (Tourist Advertising). 3. Approve Amendment A of the Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 26-46108-10, adding funds in the amount of $515,394. Funds must be prioritized for existing programs, SFY26 funds are available February 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026 and SFY27 funds are available July 11 2026 to June 30, 2027. 4. Approve recommendation of reappointment for Craig CLeveringa to the Grant County Horticultural Pest and Disease Board. The event will be held on October 31, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. ® Midnight. 7. Approve Liquor License Application for Atlas Crescent, LLC (Encore) for S/B/W Restaurant Lounge (+) Privileges, Located at 23565 Grant Cru Road, Quincy, WA 98848. 8. Approve Letter of Support for the 70t' Anniversary of the Lawrence Welk Show. 9. Approve reimbursement request on the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant in the amount of $93,051.16 to CAD Homes, for the Grant County Animal Outreach Project. 10. Approve reimbursement request on the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) from Beverly Water District in the amount of $10,058.75 for the Water System Improvement Project. 11. Approve reimbursement request from McKay Healthcare on the Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) No. 2026-03, Assisted Living, Memory Care Wing, Community Center Expansion Project, in the amount of $7,800. FACILITIES & MAINTENANCE 12. Approve request to purchase additional twelve time clocks for Grant County Facilities. Seven will be for new facilities for the Sheriff's Office and Renew, and the other for department needs that had not been identified. Cost is $29,808, can be paid from the Tyler Project Fund 123.0000. The Auditor was contacted about this purchase. 13. Approve request to replace the HVAC Unit for the Road District One breakroom and office area. This unit is at end of Life and has a part that needs replacement that is obsolete. Basin Refrigeration and Heating was the Low bid, with a cost of $10,590.68, which is Less than the budgeted amount for this project. 14. Approve request to replace the HVAC Unit for the Road District Three Facility breakroom and office area. This unit has parts that are failing and is at end of Life. Basin Refrigeration and Heating was the Low bid, with a cost of $9,575.70, which is Less than the budgeted amount for this project. 15. Approve request to proceed with cleaning the fuel tanks, diesel and unleaded gas, at the main Public Works building in Ephrata. Water was found in the tanks when doing inspections and testing. Approve contract with Zion Excavation LLC for concrete driveways and pads at the Brian Miller stage in the amount of $49,772.00 to be paid from REET2. 17. Approve contract with Cortez Fencing LLC for 500 feet of fence in the Brian Miller stage area in the amount of $25,607.69 to be paid from REET2. 18. Approve 2027 Fairgrounds rates, PUBLIC WORDS 19. Approve Agreement No. 1 between Grant County and DAmato Conversano Inc., P.C. for the civil and structural engineering design, right-of-way acquisition and construction administration of the Bridge #247 Rd. W-SE Replacement project. Completion date is December 31, 2026, in the maximum payable amount of $737,663.94. (Withdrawn) RENEW 20. Approve request to transfer computer equipment to Grant County Technology Services (GCTS) for surplus. r. 21. Approve Amendment to Program Agreement for DDA County Services between Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) and Grant -Adams County Services, Contract #2563-64341 Amendment 01. Term is March 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026 in the amount of $298,000, decrease in funding. 22. Approve Contract between Chelan County, Douglas County, Grant County, Okanogan County, City of Wenatchee, City of East Wenatchee, City of Moses Lake and CareLon Behavioral Health. The program is Opioid Distributors Settlement Fund Administration. Contract Period is January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. Period amount is $61,809.35. SHERIFF'S OFFICE 23. Approve Out of State Travel Request for Detective Sergeant Jeff Wentworth to attend the DEA Drug Unity Commander's Academy in Quantico, VA. Dates of travel are June 7, 2026 through June 14, 2026. Initial cost to Sheriff's Office is for per them only ($510), which will be reimbursed. Registration, Lodging and travel is covered by the DEA.
