We are respectfully requesting approval to replace the HVAC unit for the Road District 3
Facility breakroom and office area. The unit has parts that are failing and is at end of life.
The project was put out for bids and Basin Refrigeration and Heating was the low bidder with a
cost of $9,575.70. This cost includes WSST. This cost is less than the budgeted amount for this project in the capital plan.
