Commissioners,
I have reviewed this Notice of Cannabis License Application dated 3/26/25 from PERFECT WATER INVESTMENT
LLC. In accordance with Grant County Unified Development Code Chapter 23.04 Table 4, Cannabis Production and
Processing is a prohibited use in the Rural Remote (RRem) zoning designation of Unincorporated Grant County. I
have made the determination that this situs address is located within the (RRem) zoning designation and
therefore is a PROHIBITED use. Changes to existing non -conforming uses, such as ownership or licensing, is a
violation of GCC 23.04.100(a)(1).
