RE: Recognition of Outstanding Employees
I am pleased to take this opportunity to recognize two Solid Waste employees whose outstanding
performance and commitment have had a significant positive impact on our organization and
community.
The following employees are recognized for their exceptional contributions:
• Raul Ramirez Flores Solid Waste Scale House Attendant.
• Jacky Tuetken Jr. Solid Waste Operations Foreman.
On. April 14, 2026 these employees responded to a customer who had collapsed. He was
unresponsive and had no pulse. These employees administered CPR for 7 minutes until EMS
arrived. As a result of their efforts and others, the man survived and is recovering.
Please join me in thanking them for their dedication, professionalism, and continued excellence.
