NEW POSITION:
Therapists provide direct services, which include assessment/intake, diagnosis, and utilization of
ex dense --based practices to treat mental health conditions for children, adults, and families.
Currently, the caseload. for Therapists is exceptionally high, and RENEW is not sufficiently- staffed to
meet the continued and growing demand for individuals Seeping access to these sen ices. This
sustained pressure on capacity results in reduced availability of appointments, resulting in delays of
services that impact treatment effectiveness. Expansion of therapy services improves access,
outcomes, and equity for clients. Moreover, adequate staffing levels reduce burnout and turnovers
