This submittal pertains to a recent letter of resignation received from an Appraiser In the Assessor's
Office. The .Assessor's office is requesting to backfill the position.
Due to the current workload of the Appraisers �writhin the .Assessor's office, this backfill is requested.
The Appraisers in the Assessors Office are responsible for respective worl�scope residing over 68,000
parcels, and not backfilling this position increases the probability for additional turnover and burnout.
