CALL TO ORDER The Grant County Commissioner's Session was called to order at 8:30 a.m. with Commissioners Burgess and Carter in attendance. Approve 2026 Agreement regarding Use of County Property for Public Purpose with the Ephrata Chamber of Commerce for the 113 th Sage-N-Sun Festival. This has also been reviewed and approved by Facilities & Maintenance. 6. Approve request for Public Hearing fora budget extension for the Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) projects approved January 27, 2026 and March 24, 2026. Total committed funds is $1,671,046. (The Hearing was scheduled for 5/5/26 at 11:30 a.m.) 7. DENY Cannabis License Application for Change of Location Producer Tier 3 for PEAK SUPPLY to be Located at 22745 Road 4 SE Suite C, Warden WA 98857. This has been reviewed by Development Services. FACILITIES & MAINTENANCE / FAIRGROUNDS 8. Approve Contract with Cortez Fencing LLC in the amount of $68,843.33forfencingonthe Fairgrounds. This will be paid from the Capital Budget Line — Fence Additions, BEET 1. PUBLIC WORKS 9. Approve Resolution No. 26-027-CC Notice of Completion of the Ephrata Landfill Phase 4 Development. 10. Approve Award Recommendation and Award Letter for the purchase of Strip Bristles and Pickup Broom Bristles, to be awarded to Ironclad Company, for the contract amount of $25,227.90 for the strip bristles and $5,585.70 for the pickup broom bristles. 11. Approve Public Meeting Room Application Form to help Grant County Public Works minimize Liability, offset costs and ensure compliance regarding non -Grant County government groups hosting meetings in the Public Meeting Room. SHERIFF'S OFFICE 12. Approve Notice of Termination of Month -to -Month Tenancy to terminate the Lease with Steve and Chris Molitor for the building currently being utilized for vehicle/evidence storage. The termination will be effective 8/31/2026. 13. Approve Out of State Travel Request for Deputy Jordan Ulrich to attend mandatory Basic Police Motorcycle Training in Hillsboro, OR. Payments of $19,189.71 will be made yearly using Budgeted Software Maintenance Fund 501.0000. 15. Approve Purchase Order No. 1070 to LexipoL for Annual Law Enforcement Policy Manual & Daily Training Bulletins used by the Grant County Sheriff's Office (GCSO) in the amount of $13,656.00. Term is May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027. To be paid from Budgeted Software Maintenance Fund 501.0000.
