We will keep the rates the same as last year (no increase). This represents a 53% or $6.23 per column inch discount from our legal notice rate of $11.83/pci. We will also include an affidavit for each legal notice published at no additional charge. This saves the county an additional $10.00 per affidavit. We will publish the legal notice(s) in the Columbia Basin Herald print and electronic editions, our companion website, columbiabasinherald.com. and include placement of legal notice(s) on the Washington Newspaper Publishers Association legals website all inclusive of the $5.60 pci charge. All printing will be published at a minimum of nine -point solid matter, single column format (six column pub), justified, with hyphenation and no spaces between paragraphs. The Columbia Basin Herald publishes five days per week (Monday through Friday) meeting your bid requirement of two days minimum. You have the flexibility to select the two days of the week you prefer the legal notice to publish.
