Authority pursuant to RCW 36.22.178.
During 2025, the Housing Authority received a total 0 $64,870.96 to he used for low-income people. We are holding these
funds and will he utilizing them in 2_6 for deferred maintenance on eligible properties.

During 2025, the HousinVT Authority spent over $1.57M toward its mission to prevent and end homelessness in Grant
0
County and part of this funding was provided by the recording fees from HB2163. The Housing Authority received a total
of $254,344 from HB 2163 to be used for emergency shelter and homeless services. We spent $252,238 on the following
expenditure categories.
