This submittal pertains to a recent letter of resignation received from. an Appraiser in the Assessor's
Office. The Assessor's Office is requesting to back fill the position.
Due to the current x�;orkload of the Appraisers within the Assessor's glee, this backfill is requested.
The Appraisers in the Assessors office are responsible for respective workscope residing over 68,000►
parcels, and not backfilling this position increases the probability for additional turnover and burnout.
