Increase to $108.70/hr to keep up with industry standards of other counties throughout the state, and to match the Judge's current wage. The BOCC wanted to know if SC wanted to increase the rate for superior courVs pro tern judges. When we met last 'eels, you explained that your office seldom uses pro tern commissioners and uses visiting judges instead and only pay their rnKeage.- The current rate of your court commissioner is $95.33/hour.
