MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
By and Between
GRANT COUNTY
and
GRANT COUNTY PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' ASSOCIATION
RENEW -- ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
REGARDING: ONE-YEAR ROLLOVER FOR 2026
THIS MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) is entered into by and between GRANT
COUNTY (hereinafter referred to as Employer) and the GRANT COUNTY PUBLIC
EMPLOYEES' ASSOCIATION representing the Renew — Administrative Staff Bargaining Unit
(hereinafter referred to the Association).
THE MOA and AGREEMENT OF THE EMPLOYER AND ASSOCIATION is to amend Article
11— Classifications - Wages, Addendum B -Pay Plan to add the 2026 pay plan and New Time and
Attendance language and to revise Article 25 - Duration to reflect the addition of the 2026 term.
The parties are agreeing to extend the 2024-2025 CBA through 2026.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS MOA is to memorialize the diligent efforts of the Employer and the
Association to agree to extend the 2024 --202 5 CBA through 2026 with the changes adding a 2026
term with a three percent (3%) general wage increase added to the 2025 pay plan effective the first
day of January 2026 in accordance with the language addressed below Article 11 - Classifications
- Wages, Section 11.2 below and the language in Addendum B addressing the 2026 Pay Plan and
the language addressing the new Time and Attendance Program to be implemented July 1, 2026,
and Article 25 - Duration adding the 2026 term.
THE EMPLOYER AND ASSOCIATION agree to add the following provisions to the 2024-2025
CBA:

ARTICLE 11 — CLASSIFICATIONS - WAGES

Effective the first day of January 2026, the 2025 wage classifications will be increased by
three percent (3%) as calculated and determined by the Director of Human Resources. All
calculations of this increase will be reflected in an updated and attached as an addition to
Addendum B Pay Plan as determined by the Director of Human Resources. The Director
of Human Resources' calculations are final and binding on the parties. Any employee who
has left employment for whatever reason shall not be eligible for any pay increases.

ARTICLE 25 - DURATION
Currently the CBA reads-, This Agreement shall be effective the 1" day of January 2024, except
as otherwise indicated and will reinain in full force and effect until December 31, 2025.
Negotiations may be requested by either party to this Agreement ninety (90) days before the
expiration of this Agreement.
This MOA modifies the CBA to extend the tonn from January 1, 2026, through December 31,

Employees shall comply with. all Employer directives relating to the use and administration of the
Thne and Attendance Module and Payroll Module provided that employees may be able to enter
time in several ways, including entry 'on a mobile app, web -based app, and time clock. The
employees agree to cooperate fully with the implementation and continuity of these new modifles
provided that correspondence regarding the use of Time and Attendance be sent to employees prior
to implementation in 2026,
The Time and Attendance Policy will be implemented by the Human Resources Director on or
about July 1, 20260.

Both parties participated in the drafting of this MOA and the provisions of the current CBA.
Therefore, no determinations or decisions in arbitration, administrative law proceeding (e.g.
PERC) and/or any court proceeding regarding the interpretation of this MOA and the current
CBA, shall be based on any allegations of fault of one party or the other party based on them
being the sole drafter.
IN
All language as addressed in the current CBA, except for those changes mentioned in this MOA,
shall remain as current language for the 2026 term.
