RESOLUTION NOTICE OF
COMPLETION OF THE
EPHRATA LANDFILL PHASE
4 DEVELOPMENT.
RESOLUTION No. 26- D Z 7 -CC
WHEREAS, the contractor, Shamrock Paving Inc., has completed all work required pursuant to
their contract with Grant County for Ephrata Landfill Phase 4 Development; and
WHEREAS, this project has been examined by the Public Works Director and has been found to
comply with the applicable project specifications and drawings; and
WHEREAS, it is the Public Works Director's recommendation that the Grant County Board of
County Commissioners formally accept the contractor's work and consider the project complete;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Grant County Commissioners
concur with the Public Works Director's recommendation and hereby accept the work performed by
Shamrock Paving Inc., under contract with Grant County for the above -mentioned project, as being
complete in conformance with the project drawings and specifications.
