Description of Work
Right of way services to secure temporary easement for 70 driveway reconnections on the Westshore Drive Reconstruction Project.
The Local Agency of Grant County
desires to supplement the agreement entered in to with Universal Field Services
and executed on _August 26, 20275 and identified as Agreement No.
All provisions in the basic agreement remain in effect except as expressly modified by this supplement.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:
Section 1, SCOPE OF WORK, is hereby changed to read:
Addition of in -person personal contacts with the property owners to get temporary construction permits and and to complete
appraisal waivers to make sure the compensation was accurate. It became necessary to complete additional waivers and make
additional contacts with the owner due the need for the agent to get agreements signed before the contractor started.
Section IV, TIME, FOR BEGINNING AND COMPLETION, is amended to change the number of calendar days
for completion of the work to read- N/A

Section V, PAYMENT, shall be amended as follows:
The aniount of 536,049.64 is added to the previous budget of S35,682.76
as set forth in the attached Exhibit A, and by this reference made a part of this supplement.
If you concur with this supplement and agree to the changes as stated above, please sign in the Appropriate
spaces below and return to this office for final action.
