This submittal pertains to a recent letter of resignation received from an Appraiser in the Assessor's
Office. The Assessor's Office is requesting to backfill the position.
Due to the current ivorkload of the Appraisers Avithin the Assessor's Office, this backfill is requested.
The Appraisers in the Assessors Office are responsible for respective workscope residing over 68,0o0
parcels, and not backfilling this position increases the probability for additional turnover and burnout.
