Annen and Mr. Uhlman, Pursuant to Section IX of your contract with the County, this letter serves as written notice of the County's intent to terminate this agreement for convenience as of April 13, 2026. Pursuant to Section IX of the contract, as the County is not terminated for default, the County will make final payment for actual services rendered and direct non -salary costs on that date. As of April 13, 2026, the Board of County Commissioners will have appointed a permanent County Engineer; accordingly, the County will no longer have need of an Interim County Engineer as of that date. We appreciate your services to Grant County during this interim period and your contributions to the Couty's engineering and public works programs.
